• •Key Responsibilities Lead and govern a team of fraud investigators, driving performance and fostering continuous improvement.
• •Conduct deep-dive analysis of fraud trends and operational patterns to inform strategic initiatives.
• •Manage incident response processes, including proactive monitoring and rapid resolution of fraud issues.
