Drive acquisition and relationship management of bus operator partners across Bulgaria, Greece and Romania.

  • Join Flix as a (Senior) Business Development Specialist on a fixed-term contract covering Bulgaria, Greece and Romania bus markets, reporting to the Head of Business Development and collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Key Responsibilities Identify, negotiate and onboard new bus operator partners Act as primary contact and run regular business reviews with partners Lead contractual negotiations and develop long-term business plans Analyze KPIs, market trends and competitors and provide recommendations Build relationships with fleet owners, OEMs, body builders, associations and authorities Requirements 5-8+ years experience in Consulting, Account Management or B2B Business Development in Bulgaria Bachelor's degree in business, sales, economics or related field Fluency in English and Bulgarian (Romanian/Greek a plus) Excellent communication and B2B negotiation skills Driver license and willingness to travel occasionally
