Lead global construction delivery, teams, budgets, and standards for Waymo facilities.

• •Lead Waymo's global construction function to deliver Service Centers, EV charging, office and R&D facilities across regions, ensuring safety, quality, and cost efficiency.
• •Key Responsibilities Manage multi-year global CapEx budgeting and cost forecasting Build and lead a global construction team and align regional execution Enforce global design/construction playbooks, risk and quality standards Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Procurement and other partners to align projects with business strategy Requirements 15+ years in commercial real estate development or construction with senior leadership experience Proven delivery of large-scale capital projects (>$20M each) Hands-on expertise across construction lifecycle, permitting, and site management Experience negotiating major commercial construction contracts and financial reporting
