Staff Business Systems Engineer – Order to Cash (OTC)

Lead OTC systems design and automation to ensure compliant, scalable quote-to-cash operations.

• •Lead design, optimization, and scalability of Order-to-Cash systems and processes across NetSuite and connected systems, ensuring compliance with ASC 606 and SOX.
• •Partner with Finance, RevOps, Sales Ops, IT, and Engineering to drive automation, revenue recognition, and billing accuracy.
• •Key Responsibilities Design and support OTC workflows across NetSuite and connected systems.
• •Configure Sales Orders, Invoices, Credit Memos, and Payments in NetSuite.
• •Support billing logic for subscription, milestone, and usage-based models and automate invoicing and renewals.
• •Implement NetSuite ARM for deferred and recognized revenue and ensure ASC 606 compliance.
• •Partner with Finance/RevOps on reconciliations, reporting, and AR close activities.
• •Requirements Deep functional expertise in Order-to-Cash processes and NetSuite administration/configuration.
• •Experience with revenue recognition (ASC 606) and SOX-compliant controls.
• •Knowledge of billing models (subscription, usage, milestone) and invoice automation.
