About the role
Own a portfolio of employer partners, driving renewals, upsells, and strategic value realization.
- •As an Enterprise Account Manager in EMEA, you will own a portfolio of employer partners, helping them achieve their hiring goals and drive adoption of Handshake.
- •You will act as a strategic advisor and hands-on operator, managing senior relationships and commercial conversations.
- •Key Responsibilities Drive renewals, upsell, and cross-sell for a book of enterprise employer accounts.
- •Build trust with executives and become their go-to partner on early talent strategy.
- •Position Handshake's value against customer business problems using data-driven insights.
- •Synthesize customer feedback to shape product development and go-to-market strategies.
- •Collaborate with Sales, Support, Marketing, Insights, and Product teams.
- •Requirements Background in early talent, campus recruiting, or HR/recruiting tech. 4+ years in Customer Success or Account Management, managing enterprise accounts.
- •Proven track record owning renewals and commercial outcomes.
- •Confident communicating with and influencing senior stakeholders and executives.
