  • As an Enterprise Account Manager in EMEA, you will own a portfolio of employer partners, helping them achieve their hiring goals and drive adoption of Handshake.
  • You will act as a strategic advisor and hands-on operator, managing senior relationships and commercial conversations.
  • Key Responsibilities Drive renewals, upsell, and cross-sell for a book of enterprise employer accounts.
  • Build trust with executives and become their go-to partner on early talent strategy.
  • Position Handshake's value against customer business problems using data-driven insights.
  • Synthesize customer feedback to shape product development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Support, Marketing, Insights, and Product teams.
  • Requirements Background in early talent, campus recruiting, or HR/recruiting tech. 4+ years in Customer Success or Account Management, managing enterprise accounts.
  • Proven track record owning renewals and commercial outcomes.
  • Confident communicating with and influencing senior stakeholders and executives.
