Senior Manager, Data Engineering Team - Field CTO / Applied Field Engineering

Manage and mentor Field Data Engineers to deliver data and AI solutions on Snowflake for strategic customers.

• •Lead and scale a team of Field Data Engineers (Field CTOs) to help strategic customers design, build, and optimize data and AI architectures on Snowflake across APJ.
• •Key Responsibilities Build, manage, and mentor a geographically distributed high-performing team.
• •Partner with sales and customers to deliver data engineering and AI solutions on Snowflake.
• •Provide technical leadership and advise executives on data, streaming, and AI strategies.
• •Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing to influence product direction and scale expertise.
• •Requirements 5+ years managing and scaling technical Data Engineering/Field Engineering teams.
• •Strong knowledge of modern data engineering, streaming, integration, and pipeline orchestration.
• •Technical foundations in SQL and Python or Scala.
• •Excellent communication and executive-level presentation skills.
