- •About the Role We're launching into a new vertical, and we're hiring a founding GTM Lead to build and run the sales engine from scratch.
- •This is a 0-to-1 role: you'll own the funnel end-to-end, turning a fast-moving, ambiguous early-market motion into a repeatable, data-driven sales organization.
- •You'll be the person who connects the dots across pipeline, hiring, vendors, and operations
- •translating targets into an actual playbook that founding AEs and XDRs can execute against.
- •You'll partner directly with senior leadership, operate with real autonomy, and have the space to make calls and be wrong fast.
