Growth & Operations Consultant

Drive process optimization and cross-functional projects to scale operations for smart-meter rollout.

• •As a Growth & Operations Consultant at metrify (an Enpal spin-out) you will build and scale processes, workflows and structures to support rapid smart-meter rollout growth.
• •Key Responsibilities Optimize and standardize processes to scale operations.
• •Identify operational pain points and implement pragmatic solutions.
• •Lead projects end-to-end and deliver measurable results.
• •Coordinate cross-functional work across Product, Tech, Quality and Finance.
• •Work data-driven using KPIs to identify bottlenecks and improvements.
• •Requirements 1-3 years in consulting, venture building, startup or operations/strategy roles.
• •Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• •Hands-on mentality with fast learning ability.
• •Very good German and good English communication skills.
