Drive and scale operational excellence for Product and Engineering teams across Adyen.

• •Join Adyen's Tech Enablement team to improve clarity, alignment, and execution quality across Product and Engineering teams globally.
• •You will drive operational excellence, scale improvements, and partner with senior leaders to translate strategy into measurable process change.
• •Key Responsibilities Lead initiatives to improve planning, prioritization, and execution across teams.
• •Refine governance, decision-making frameworks, and collaboration models.
• •Identify friction in product lifecycle and implement pragmatic solutions.
• •Own specific domains (e.g., prioritization, discovery quality, dependency management).
• •Partner with Senior Excellence Manager to drive structural and executional improvements.
• •Requirements 6-8 years in product or engineering operations, product management, or engineering leadership.
• •Strong understanding of product lifecycle, prioritization, discovery, and delivery practices.
• •Execution-oriented problem solver who brings structure to ambiguity.
