Staff Product Manager, Growth

Drive growth initiatives on Brex's finance platform by developing AI-powered GTM systems.

• •Brex is seeking a Staff Product Manager to drive growth initiatives on its intelligent finance platform.
• •This role will focus on developing tech-enabled infrastructure and applications to boost GTM productivity, measured by pipeline dollars, conversion rates, customer activation, retention, and revenue.
• •Key Responsibilities Drive key initiatives with a dedicated Engineering and Design team to develop tooling, infrastructure, and applications for revenue growth and retention.
• •Design and build scalable systems that increase productivity and revenue leverage across the funnel, including AI agents and intelligent automation.
• •Own critical GTM-related metrics and define product strategy and roadmap to drive step-change improvements.
• •Partner deeply with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Engineering, Legal, IT, and Data to drive high-impact outcomes.
• •Establish clear input and output metrics, and operate with rigor on experimentation, prioritization, and tradeoffs.
• •Requirements Experience building and scaling growth, revenue, or GTM systems in a high-growth technology company.
• •Strong systems thinking ability to identify leverage points across product, process, and people systems.
• •Demonstrated track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with executive visibility.
