Lead and scale technical support delivery programs, tooling, and AI-powered automation for strategic customers.
- •Lead programs to scale Tier 3 support delivery for strategic customers by building operational frameworks, tooling, and automation integrating AI-powered workflows.
- •Key Responsibilities Define and run support delivery programs, pilots, and rollouts for premium customers.
- •Design strategy for specialization, quality, reliability, and launch supportability.
- •Coordinate requirements and implementations with product, engineering, and systems partners.
- •Identify and scale tools, automation, and AI-powered workflows to improve efficiency.
- •Requirements 8+ years in program management, operations, or support engineering.
- •Experience shipping/maintaining tools and automations (dashboards, ETL, low-code apps).
- •Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
- •Comfort using LLMs/AI as part of tooling and automation.
