  • Lead programs to scale Tier 3 support delivery for strategic customers by building operational frameworks, tooling, and automation integrating AI-powered workflows.
  • Key Responsibilities Define and run support delivery programs, pilots, and rollouts for premium customers.
  • Design strategy for specialization, quality, reliability, and launch supportability.
  • Coordinate requirements and implementations with product, engineering, and systems partners.
  • Identify and scale tools, automation, and AI-powered workflows to improve efficiency.
  • Requirements 8+ years in program management, operations, or support engineering.
  • Experience shipping/maintaining tools and automations (dashboards, ETL, low-code apps).
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
  • Comfort using LLMs/AI as part of tooling and automation.
