Mission Operations Engineer – Technical Instructor

Designs and delivers training for autonomous systems, supporting mission readiness and customer adoption.

• •Saronic is seeking a Mission Operations Engineer
• •Technical Instructor to design, develop, and deliver advanced training programs for their autonomous systems.
• •This role involves curriculum development, operational training, and engineering support to ensure mission readiness.
• •Key Responsibilities Lead instructor-led training for internal and external users on system operation and troubleshooting.
• •Develop and maintain training materials, including lesson plans, SOPs, and assessments.
• •Own customer onboarding and training delivery, ensuring successful adoption of Saronic systems.
• •Deploy and operate ASV systems in real-world maritime environments to support training.
• •Support software development using C++ and Rust in a Linux environment.
• •Requirements Experience in designing, developing, and delivering technical training programs.
• •Proficiency in C++, Rust, and Linux environments.
