About the role
Manage and coach a photovoltaic sales team to achieve sales targets and improve performance.
- •Lead and motivate a sales team in the photovoltaic sector to meet monthly and quarterly targets while collaborating with marketing and technical departments.
- •Key Responsibilities Coordinate and motivate sales consultants to reach targets; Train and coach team members to improve performance; Monitor KPIs and propose improvement strategies; Collaborate with marketing and technical teams for efficient workflows; Manage sales reporting and support commercial strategy development.
- •Requirements Previous experience as a Team Leader or similar in sales; Strong communication and leadership skills; Target-oriented and proactive approach; Knowledge of renewable energy market is a plus; Fluent Italian; English or German a plus; available for full-time on-site work.
