  • The GTM Readiness & Activation Manager translates GTM strategy into repeatable field execution, designing programs to drive adoption and measurable pipeline outcomes across sales and customer-facing teams.
  • Key Responsibilities Drive global rollout of GTM initiatives and scalable programs across segments and regions Define and build repeatable operating playbooks and enablement rhythms Own end-to-end GTM programs, align cross-functional stakeholders, and manage rollouts Create field-ready content and AI-native learning/workflow experiences Track adoption and measurable outcomes, iterate based on data Requirements 10+ years in Sales Strategy, Revenue Programs, Sales Ops, Enablement or adjacent GTM roles Experience building and scaling GTM programs in high-growth tech companies Strong cross-functional collaboration and executive communication skills Comfort with ambiguity and experience operating 0→1 and scaling programs
