• •Cato Networks is seeking a Hands-On Team Lead for Agentic Engineering to lead, build, and contribute to a new team focused on applying AI agents and intelligent workflows to improve business processes.
• •This role is both technical leadership and hands-on engineering, requiring someone to lead from the front in designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions.
• •Key Responsibilities Partner with business teams to identify automation and optimization opportunities.
• •Design and implement agent-based AI workflows to automate internal processes.
• •Design and build LLM-powered tools (agents, workflows, copilots).
• •Develop RAG pipelines and integrate multiple data sources.
• •Requirements Proven ability to lead and manage a team.
• •Hands-on experience in designing and developing AI solutions.
• •Experience with LLMs and agentic workflows.
• •Strong coding and architectural design skills.
