Software Engineer, Builder Tools

Build and maintain CI/CD infrastructure and internal tooling to accelerate engineering teams.

• •The Builder Tools team owns the foundation of Hadrian's engineering workflow, building and maintaining the CI/CD infrastructure, internal tooling, and AI-assisted development workflows that every engineering team depends on.
• •This is a high-leverage role where your systems will touch every engineer, directly impacting the company's speed and efficiency.
• •Key Responsibilities Build and maintain CI/CD pipeline libraries.
• •Design and build internal tools, APIs, and CLI utilities.
• •Make internal systems API-ready for AI coding agents.
• •Instrument and monitor developer productivity systems.
• •Partner with application development teams to drive adoption of new tooling.
• •Requirements 5-8 years of software engineering experience, with 2-3 years focused on CI/CD, developer tooling, or build infrastructure.
• •Hands-on experience building and maintaining complex CI/CD pipelines and build infrastructure.
• •Strong programming fundamentals in Go, Python, TypeScript, or similar.
