Program Manager, Risk & Insurance

Drive and deliver cross-functional risk and insurance programs to support Waymo deployments.

• •Lead cross-functional programs to modernize Waymo's risk and insurance ecosystem, partnering with Legal, Product, Engineering and senior leadership to deliver on strategic roadmaps.
• •Key Responsibilities Lead and drive programs across risk & insurance modernization in domestic and international markets.
• •Collaborate with leadership to establish strategies and roadmaps, track milestones, and remove blockers.
• •Prioritize and manage timelines, risks, and dependencies; resolve misalignments.
• •Keep stakeholders informed and represent programs to senior leadership.
• •Requirements 5+ years managing complex, high-stakes programs requiring precision and attention to detail.
• •Experience leading cross-functional programs with teams like Insurance, Product, Safety, Engineering, Ops.
• •Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making in ambiguous environments.
• •Experience scaling processes in complex, growing organizations.
