• •As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Handshake AI Enterprise, you'll embed directly inside enterprise customer environments to translate business needs into production-grade AI agents.
• •You will own the full stack, from solution definition to deployment and iteration, becoming a domain expert in customer verticals.
• •Key Responsibilities Embed with enterprise customers to understand their business and workflows.
• •Define and build AI-driven solutions tailored to specific customer use cases.
• •Own end-to-end deployment of production-grade agents and measure performance.
• •Iterate on agent performance and surface insights to inform product roadmap.
• •Requirements 1-4+ years of full-stack engineering experience with strong backend depth.
• •Proven experience building and shipping AI applications in production.
• •Comfort working directly with enterprise customers in ambiguous environments.
