Associate Live Operations Manager

Run and implement Live Ops content and events to drive engagement and monetization.

• •Associate Live Ops Manager to launch and operate Live Operations for a AAA RPG title, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver engaging content and optimize retention and monetization.
• •Key Responsibilities Execute Live Ops strategy and implement content like offers, storefronts, events, and social modes.
• •Collaborate with Design, Product, Analytics, QA, Art, and Engineering to deliver high-quality content.
• •Measure event performance and run A/B tests to optimize KPIs and monetization.
• •Provide front-line support for data-side live issues and suggest tooling improvements.
• •Requirements Proven experience delivering data-side content updates on market-leading (preferably RPG) products.
• •Experience with A/B Testing and mobile KPI metrics.
• •Strong communication, Excel/spreadsheet skills, and cross-functional collaboration.
• •Available for occasional weekend/after-hours Live Ops support.
