Protective Services Lead

Lead program development and cross-functional delivery for Anthropic's protective services and GSIS functions.

• •Senior program lead for Anthropic's Global Security, Intelligence & Safety (GSIS) function responsible for building policies, processes, systems, and metrics to scale protective services and stepping in to lead cross-functional, time-critical projects.
• •Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain GSIS policy and procedure library across domains Establish metrics and reporting framework for operational health and risks Stand up new capabilities, operating models, training, and vendor frameworks Intake and triage high-priority stakeholder requests and lead cross-functional projects Maintain audit-ready documentation to support regulatory and partner diligence Requirements Substantial program management experience in corporate/physical security or personal security programs Experience building security programs, playbooks, and training in high-growth environments Working fluency across intelligence, executive protection, investigations, security technology, and crisis management Experience producing audit-ready policies and documentation Strong written communication and ability to operate with ambiguity
