About the role
Lead enablement programs and training to accelerate GTM team performance and customer adoption.
- •The GTM Enablement Lead will build programs, collateral, and training to accelerate onboarding and drive effectiveness of Go To Market teams across product and regions.
- •Key Responsibilities Define sales enablement strategy and prioritize initiatives to support GTM goals.
- •Partner cross-functionally to create internal and external collateral.
- •Build, manage, and automate information and enablement resources.
- •Manage regional training calendar and run trainings for launches and processes.
- •Requirements Experience building enablement programs for scaling GTM teams.
- •Exceptional project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
- •Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- •Technical depth with understanding of AI products and ability to work autonomously.
