Senior Engineer, Software Integration - Fleet Support

Lead software triage and integration for fleeted autonomous aircraft, debugging issues across software and hardware.

• •Serve as the software subject-matter expert for fleet support, leading escalated investigations into fielded aircraft and mission software to ensure deployed systems operate reliably.
• •Key Responsibilities Lead triage and root-cause investigations for software affecting aircraft behavior and mission execution.
• •Reproduce and debug issues in lab, simulation, and hardware-in-the-loop environments.
• •Analyze logs, telemetry, and system state to isolate software vs hardware/network problems.
• •Build tools and scripts to improve triage and field support efficiency.
• •Requirements Bachelor's degree in CS, CE, EE, or related field. 5+ years in software engineering for robotics/autonomy/embedded or mission-critical systems.
• •Strong C++ and Python programming and Linux systems-debugging skills.
• •Experience debugging software that interfaces with hardware, sensors, networks, or distributed systems.
