Lead and scale third-party field events to drive enterprise pipeline and account engagement.
- •Lead OpenAI's third-party field events portfolio for enterprise, turning sponsorships and external activations into a repeatable operating system aligned to sales and industry priorities.
- •Key Responsibilities Own partner summits, sponsored conferences, and field activations.
- •Build annual/quarterly event planning aligned to sales and account targets.
- •Manage sponsorship strategy, vendors, budgets, agencies, and on-site execution.
- •Partner cross-functionally to ensure cohesive messaging, demos, and executive presence.
- •Track event performance, pipeline impact, and post-event conversion with Marketing Operations.
- •Requirements 7+ years in field/strategic event or enterprise marketing roles.
- •Experience managing large third-party event portfolios and sponsorships at scale.
- •Proven ability to build playbooks, operating cadences, and resourcing models.
- •Experience partnering with Sales, Product Marketing, Comms, and Marketing Operations.
