• •Set and raise the technical bar through design reviews and architecture decisions.
• •Partner with existing Staff Engineers and Engineering Managers to align on direction.
• •Mentor senior engineers and improve team design and shipping processes.

• •Requirements 8+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of technical leadership.
• •Demonstrated ability to drive ambiguous, cross-cutting problems to resolution.
• •Deep experience designing and operating large-scale backend systems.
