Sell and grow federal agency accounts for Handshake, managing full sales cycle and quota attainment.

  • Own new business acquisition and grow an existing portfolio of federal agency customers, driving the sales process from prospecting to close and achieving revenue targets.
  • Key Responsibilities Manage and expand federal agency accounts and pipeline Meet or exceed annual quota for retention and new business Navigate federal acquisition and contracting processes Engage senior government stakeholders and run executive briefings Partner with Customer Success to ensure post-sale outcomes Requirements 3-4+ years selling SaaS, ideally into federal/public sector Experience with both new business and retention in hybrid AE motion Familiarity with federal acquisition/contracting Track record closing six-figure deals and quota attainment Experience using Salesforce for pipeline and activity management
