ServiceNow Developer to own, develop, and improve internal platform.

•Saronic Technologies is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to own, develop, and continuously improve their internal ServiceNow platform.
•This role involves platform ownership, focusing on process efficiency, data integrity, and user adoption.
•Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary developer and administrator for the ServiceNow platform.
•Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs.
•Build and manage Flow Designer flows, Subflows, and Actions to automate IT and business processes.
•Design and deploy IntegrationHub spokes and spoke actions to automate workflows.
•Configure and mature the CMDB including Discovery schedules, normalization rules, CI relationships, and data reconciliation.
•Requirements 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience.
•Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and server-side and client-side scripting within ServiceNow.
•Demonstrated experience with ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog.
