• •Manage and prioritize call lists, schedule follow-ups, and log outcomes.
• •Act on ad hoc tasks with clear instructions from leads/management.
• •Build trust and relationships with new restaurants to ensure their success on Deliveroo.
• •Requirements BSc/BA in business or related field.
• •Up to 2 years of experience in commercial/account management or customer service roles.
• •Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• •Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
