  • The CS Strategy & Operations Manager will design and optimize the end-to-end customer journey, build forecasting and capacity models, and drive cross-functional initiatives to improve retention and growth.
  • Key Responsibilities Design and optimize customer journey, playbooks, and success metrics.
  • Build and manage segmentation, coverage, and resource allocation models.
  • Lead analyses and forecasting to inform strategy and operational decisions.
  • Develop and own operating cadence and cross-functional partnerships.
  • Requirements Strong analytical and modeling skills.
  • Experience designing customer success or operations frameworks.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and communicate with leadership.
  • Process-oriented with track record of building from scratch.
