Drive customer success strategy, forecasting, and operational improvements to increase retention and growth.
- •The CS Strategy & Operations Manager will design and optimize the end-to-end customer journey, build forecasting and capacity models, and drive cross-functional initiatives to improve retention and growth.
- •Key Responsibilities Design and optimize customer journey, playbooks, and success metrics.
- •Build and manage segmentation, coverage, and resource allocation models.
- •Lead analyses and forecasting to inform strategy and operational decisions.
