EHS Specialist

EHS Specialist to support safety operations and build EHS systems in a manufacturing facility.

• •Hadrian is seeking an EHS Specialist to support safety operations at their Mesa, AZ facility.
• •This role involves building and scaling EHS systems across the company, fostering a culture of zero incidents, and partnering with leadership to identify risks and implement effective safety systems.
• •Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary EHS resource for Factory 3, supporting daily operations and improving EHS systems.
• •Maintain a strong presence on the manufacturing floor, reinforcing safe behaviors.
• •Identify hazards and partner with teams to implement practical, effective controls.
• •Lead or support incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions.
• •Ensure compliance with OSHA, ADEQ, and applicable local requirements.
• •Requirements 4-8 years of EHS experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• •Working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, Arizona, and local regulatory requirements.
• •Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
