About the role
Lead Southern Europe commercial strategy and scale a high-performing enterprise sales pod.
- •Senior sales leader accountable for commercial strategy and revenue growth across Spain and Italy, based in Barcelona and leading a regional sales pod.
- •Key Responsibilities Drive revenue growth and exceed quota for Southern Europe (Spain & Italy).
- •Lead, scale and upskill a pod of Sales Account Executives and hire regionally.
- •Actively participate in closing enterprise deals and manage high-value contracts.
- •Own office culture and ensure team accountability and performance management.
- •Collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering and Account Management.
- •Requirements Proven sales leadership in technology or fintech environments.
- •Native-level Spanish and strong English communication skills.
- •Strong commercial/hunter mentality with enterprise deal experience.
- •Location in Barcelona with in-office presence ~3 days/week and travel flexibility.
