Build and scale ad rendering and presentation systems across OpenAI products.

• •Build the creative rendering and presentation layer for OpenAI's ads ecosystem, defining how ads are structured, rendered, and delivered across surfaces like ChatGPT.
• •Key Responsibilities Design, build, and scale creative rendering and presentation systems for ads.
• •Develop infrastructure and tooling for text, image, video, native, conversational, and interactive formats.
• •Architect distributed systems with reliability, privacy, and performance guarantees.
• •Collaborate with Product, Design, and Research to prototype and ship native ad experiences.
• •Maintain testing, observability, documentation, and operational best practices.
• •Requirements 7+ years building high-scale consumer product or ads/platform infrastructure.
• •Experience architecting user-facing systems across multiple surfaces.
• •Strong focus on product quality, performance, and reliability.
• •Comfortable across frontend systems and backend infrastructure.
