  • The Renewals Manager secures contract renewals, drives retention and expansion, and manages renewal processes across commercial customers.
  • Key Responsibilities Manage quote-to-close renewals 120–90 days before due date Achieve quarterly revenue goals tied to retention, growth, and term extensions Partner with Customer Success to assess health and mitigate at-risk renewals Maintain accurate renewal forecasts and collaborate with Legal and Deals Desk Develop relationships with channel and alliance partners Requirements 2–5 years of renewals or SaaS revenue experience, preferably in cybersecurity Proven track record meeting renewal quotas Understanding of SaaS pricing and offerings Familiarity with Salesforce, CPQ, IronClad, ChurnZero Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
