  • Lead a team of Sales Development Representatives focused on acquiring new restaurant and retail partners for Deliveroo, ensuring strong partner experience and growth across markets.
  • Key Responsibilities Manage SDRs to drive partner acquisition and sales opportunities.
  • Coach and develop SDRs to improve performance and efficiency.
  • Use Salesforce/CRM to track pipeline and produce sales reports with analysis.
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Teams to maximise market opportunities.
  • Execute contact campaigns and contribute to stakeholder meetings.
  • Requirements 2+ years in a Sales Leadership role.
  • Proven results in a contact centre or high-volume sales environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce and High Velocity Sales.
  • Strong negotiation and coaching skills.
