• •Waymo Operations is seeking a Validation Manager (Platforms) to lead the introduction of new platform variants into validation fleets.
• •This hybrid role focuses on bridging the gap between product demand and daily operational execution, optimizing fleet efficiency, and managing vendor performance.
• •Key Responsibilities Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) Validation Operations, managing the critical path from vehicle arrival to public road testing.
• •Spearhead weekly operating plans to align monthly forecasts with daily execution, adjusting for real-time constraints.
• •Partner with teams to build dynamic forecasting tools to optimize Operations and Efficiency.
• •Manage Vendor Performance.
• •Formulate and automate executive-level progress dashboards for operational readiness and fleet uptime.
• •Requirements 7-10+ years of experience in Program Management or Technical Program Management, focused on process excellence, logistics, or physical operations.
• •Proven track record of managing complex dependencies and driving alignment across diverse stakeholders (Engineering, Product, Supply Chain, Safety, and Legal).
• •Exceptional analytical skills with hands-on experience using data-driven metrics to identify process bottlenecks and manage capacity models.
