Product Manager Payments - EMEA

Own and scale Adyen's EMEA payments products to help merchants win locally.

• •Lead scaling of Adyen's payments proposition across EMEA, owning vision and roadmap for regional payment solutions to enable merchant success.
• •Key Responsibilities Drive scale and growth of core EMEA payments products.
• •Define subregional strategy and roadmaps for local payment methods and regulatory needs.
• •Collaborate with engineering, commercial, finance, operations and partnerships.
• •Guide product lifecycle from discovery to go-to-market and adoption.
• •Act as voice of the customer to remove friction in the payment lifecycle.
• •Requirements 3+ years product management experience, preferably in payments/fintech.
• •Strong data-driven decision-making and prioritization skills.
• •Knowledge of EMEA payment methods and regulatory landscape (e.g., PSD3, Open Banking).
• •Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and commercial teams.
