Maintenance Lead

Lead factory maintenance and facility operations, ensuring equipment reliability and team performance.

• •As a Maintenance & Facility Lead, you will oversee the maintenance & facility operations that support critical manufacturing equipment and production processes across the factory.
• •You will lead a team of multi-skilled technicians responsible for maintaining equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and ensuring assets operate at peak performance.
• •Key Responsibilities Lead all maintenance activities for production equipment and facility systems, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• •Develop, implement, and maintain preventive maintenance programs for all assets.
• •Build and lead a high-performing team of multi-skilled technicians, maintaining a skills matrix and identifying training needs.
• •Own maintenance and reliability of factory infrastructure, including utilities, building systems, and environmental controls.
• •Requirements Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of experience in a machining, maintenance, or production/manufacturing OR 5+ years of professional experience in machining, maintenance, or production/manufacturing. 1+ years of experience in a direct leadership role.
• •Strong operational judgment and the ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• •High accountability and exceptional attention to detail.
