Principal Integrations Developer, Workday HCM

Lead design and maintenance of Workday integrations and people-data pipelines to Snowflake.

• •Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations to enable secure, scalable people data pipelines between Workday, Snowflake, and third-party systems in a global environment.
• •Key Responsibilities Develop and support inbound/outbound Workday integrations (Studio, EIB, Connectors, APIs).
• •Integrate Workday with Snowflake for reporting and analytics.
• •Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain production integrations and deployments.
• •Partner with stakeholders and vendors to translate requirements into solutions.
• •Requirements 10+ years of hands-on Workday integration experience.
• •Proficiency with Workday integration tools and web services (SOAP/REST).
• •Strong XML/XSLT/JSON and data mapping skills.
• •Experience with integration middleware and monitoring best practices.
