Live Operations Manager

Lead Live Operations for an RPG title to drive engagement, retention, and event-driven content.

• •Scopely seeks a Live Ops Manager to launch and manage Live Operations for a new AAA RPG title, driving player engagement, retention, and long-term satisfaction through events and content.
• •Key Responsibilities Execute Live Ops strategy and deliver a content calendar of events and seasonal content.
• •Collaborate with design, analytics, economy, engineering, and community teams.
• •Monitor and optimize KPIs like DAU, retention, session length, and event participation.
• •Run A/B tests, analyze cohorts, and tune economy/rewards.
• •Requirements Proven track record in player engagement, preferably on RPG/collection RPG titles.
• •Experience with A/B Testing and analytics-driven decision making.
• •Strong communication, spreadsheet (Excel) and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• •Available for occasional weekend/after-hours Live Ops support.
