- •Cato Networks is seeking a Global SDR Enablement Manager to enhance the performance and consistency of its worldwide Sales Development organization.
- •This role will be responsible for onboarding, training, and coaching frameworks for SDRs globally, ensuring alignment with the company's go-to-market strategy.
- •Key Responsibilities Design and implement a global SDR enablement strategy aligned with revenue goals.
- •Develop and improve onboarding programs and training for new SDRs.
- •Partner with SDR leaders to implement consistent coaching frameworks and identify skill gaps.
- •Collaborate with Marketing and Product Marketing to create SDR-ready playbooks and messaging.
- •Drive adoption of sales tools and optimize workflows with RevOps.
- •Requirements Experience in designing and executing global enablement strategies.
- •Proven ability to develop and deliver training programs for sales development teams.
- •Strong understanding of sales methodologies, messaging, and objection handling.
