  • Cato Networks is seeking a Global SDR Enablement Manager to enhance the performance and consistency of its worldwide Sales Development organization.
  • This role will be responsible for onboarding, training, and coaching frameworks for SDRs globally, ensuring alignment with the company's go-to-market strategy.
  • Key Responsibilities Design and implement a global SDR enablement strategy aligned with revenue goals.
  • Develop and improve onboarding programs and training for new SDRs.
  • Partner with SDR leaders to implement consistent coaching frameworks and identify skill gaps.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product Marketing to create SDR-ready playbooks and messaging.
  • Drive adoption of sales tools and optimize workflows with RevOps.
  • Requirements Experience in designing and executing global enablement strategies.
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver training programs for sales development teams.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, messaging, and objection handling.
