ERP Admin, Manufacturing & Maintenance Functional Lead

Lead Oracle Fusion manufacturing and maintenance ERP efforts to improve production control and maintenance tracking.

• •Shield AI is hiring an ERP Admin Functional Lead to own Oracle Fusion modules for Manufacturing and Maintenance, driving manufacturing process improvements and MES integrations to improve throughput and reliability.
• •Key Responsibilities Own Oracle Fusion Manufacturing and Maintenance (EAM) modules.
• •Govern work order lifecycle, WIP costing, serialized assembly tracking, and backflushing controls.
• •Partner with plant operations and cross-functional teams to stabilize WIP reconciliation and drive process improvements.
• •Coordinate MES integrations and leverage Oracle Cloud AI/ML for predictive maintenance and anomaly detection.
• •Requirements 8+ years manufacturing systems experience.
• •Strong understanding of production control and WIP costing.
• •Experience with serialized manufacturing and Oracle Fusion Manufacturing.
• •Ability to collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, and Inventory teams.
