About the role
Own day-to-day RevOps for NAMER SDRs, improving processes, reporting, and sales efficiency.
- •The Revenue Operations Analyst owns day-to-day operational excellence for Vanta's NAMER SDR organization, improving GTM processes, reporting, and enabling sellers.
- •Key Responsibilities Provide operational support to SDR managers and serve as primary RevOps contact for NAMER SDR leadership.
- •Investigate and resolve workflow issues, manage Salesforce cases, territory administration, and user configuration.
- •Conduct reporting and ad-hoc analyses to surface insights on outreach, conversion, and pipeline.
- •Identify process bottlenecks and support rollouts of new processes, tools, and playbooks.
- •Partner cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing to align lead handoffs and workflows.
- •Requirements Experience in fast-paced SaaS revenue or sales development operations.
- •Strong understanding of sales operations: lead routing, territory management, pipeline generation.
- •Advanced Salesforce reporting skills and strong proficiency in Excel.
- •Analytical problem solving and stakeholder management skills.
