Lead and scale the Americas Solutions Engineering team to increase technical win rates and revenue.

  • Lead and scale Vanta's Solutions Engineering organization for the Americas, driving technical win rates, deal acceleration, and cross-functional alignment across segments.
  • Key Responsibilities Own SE attach rate, win rate, and revenue per SE across all AMER segments.
  • Lead and develop Solutions Engineering teams across segments and hire top technical talent.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to improve technical coverage and outcomes.
  • Define SE scorecards, operating cadence, and data hygiene in Salesforce, Gong, and Dust.
  • Requirements Experience leading and scaling Solutions/SE teams in a SaaS GTM motion.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership with Sales, Product, and Customer Success.
  • Data-driven operational excellence and familiarity with Salesforce and sales tooling.
  • Ability to build playbooks, improve ramp time, and drive technical win rates.
