About the role
Lead and scale the Americas Solutions Engineering team to increase technical win rates and revenue.
- •Lead and scale Vanta's Solutions Engineering organization for the Americas, driving technical win rates, deal acceleration, and cross-functional alignment across segments.
- •Key Responsibilities Own SE attach rate, win rate, and revenue per SE across all AMER segments.
- •Lead and develop Solutions Engineering teams across segments and hire top technical talent.
- •Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to improve technical coverage and outcomes.
- •Define SE scorecards, operating cadence, and data hygiene in Salesforce, Gong, and Dust.
- •Requirements Experience leading and scaling Solutions/SE teams in a SaaS GTM motion.
- •Strong cross-functional leadership with Sales, Product, and Customer Success.
- •Data-driven operational excellence and familiarity with Salesforce and sales tooling.
- •Ability to build playbooks, improve ramp time, and drive technical win rates.
