Lead facility operations and a local team to ensure efficient and excellent customer service.

• •Gopuff is seeking a self-starting and entrepreneurial Site Leader to oversee facility operations and lead a local team.
• •This fast-paced role requires drive, grit, and a focus on delivering a perfect customer experience.
• •Key Responsibilities Plan, direct, and be accountable for all facility operations including deliveries, inventory, equipment, and systems.
• •Drive improvements to key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Order Picking Time, Order Dwell Time, and Cost Per Order.
• •Accountable for driving the financial performance of the site by ensuring budgeted productivity and labor expenses are achieved.
• •Ensure compliance with Gopuff and legal policies, procedures, and regulations for the warehouse.
• •Requirements 6+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment leading a workforce.
• •Retail, grocery, military, restaurant, or equivalent experience.
• •Strong written and verbal communication, conflict resolution, and team development skills.
• •Ability to lead in an ever-changing environment and drive process improvements.
