• •Wiz seeks a Head of Technical Program Management in the Office of the CISO/CIO to lead and grow a TPM team and drive delivery of cross-functional security and technology programs.
• •Key Responsibilities Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of Technical Program Managers.
• •Lead end-to-end program strategy, roadmaps, and milestone tracking for security and IT initiatives.
• •Partner across Engineering, Product, Legal, and GTM to execute complex cross-organizational initiatives.
• •Serve as executive point of contact and align programs with leadership.
• •Requirements 10+ years leading large, complex cross-organizational programs in security and technology.
• •Experience bridging security and engineering teams and working globally across time zones.
• •Domain expertise in security engineering areas like vulnerability management, identity & access, and cloud security.
