About the role
Design and deliver AI-powered people analytics products and data foundations to inform HR decisions.
- •The Staff Analyst on People Analytics will design AI-powered HR analytics products, co-own data foundations, and deliver actionable people insights that change decisions.
- •Key Responsibilities Architect conversational analytics and AI experiences for HR using Snowflake Cortex and the data stack.
- •Partner with Analytics Engineering to design and build the Snowflake data layer and data models.
- •Translate stakeholder needs into data models, AI skills, and dashboards for leaders.
- •Design testing, validation, monitoring, and access controls for sensitive people data.
- •Mentor junior analysts and raise analytical and AI product standards across the team.
- •Requirements 8+ years in analytics, data engineering, or related roles owning data products end-to-end.
- •Strong SQL skills and database/data-layer design instincts.
- •Familiarity with modern data stack tools like dbt, Airflow, and Git.
- •Experience influencing senior stakeholders and translating business questions into data products.
