Lead and scale sales operations systems to improve pipeline, territory, and deal execution.
- •Lead design and scaling of sales operational systems across the full sales lifecycle, partnering with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and velocity.
- •Key Responsibilities Design and manage lead routing, data quality, and top-of-funnel processes.
- •Own account structures, TAM integrity, and territory design/execution.
- •Define opportunity management, pipeline governance, and sales process automation.
- •Scale commercial operations for late-stage deal execution and cross-functional SLAs.
- •Requirements 10+ years in Sales/Revenue Operations at high-growth tech companies.
- •People management experience and ability to build a team.
- •Deep experience with Salesforce, SQL, and data-driven systems design.
- •Strong project management, communication, and executive presence.
