Warehouse Site Leader - Fixed Term

Lead warehouse operations to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

• •Our Warehouse Site Leaders are the beating heart of our daily operations on site.
• •You will work closely with the management team to maximize customer satisfaction and ensure the smooth running of our Hop sites.
• •You will be responsible for ensuring that all of our loyal customers receive their basic necessities as quickly as possible.
• •Key Responsibilities Supervise that all orders are picked up on time.
• •Manage store openings and closures.
• •Communicate with our riders to make sure deliveries are made promptly.
• •Manage the shipping area and support the packaging of delivery orders.
• •Ensure that inventory counts are accurate.
• •Requirements Experience in a similar environment is preferred.
• •Fluent Italian (mandatory) + basic English (nice to have).
