• •This role involves owning the hardest problems in developer productivity, setting technical strategy, and shaping the agentic developer platform.
• •Key Responsibilities Define and drive the technical strategy for the DevEx platform, covering CI, test experience, delivery systems, and agentic tooling.
• •Solve complex developer productivity problems across 40+ data centers.
• •Lead the agentic developer platform's architecture and evolution.
• •Drive cross-team technical initiatives and establish engineering standards.
• •Mentor Senior II engineers and elevate technical decision-making.
• •Requirements 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• •Significant experience building and owning production developer platforms.
• •Experience with CI/CD, build infrastructure, and developer tooling.
