Senior Product Manager, Trading Growth

Lead growth strategy and product execution for onchain trading on the Base App to drive user acquisition and retention.

• •As a Senior Product Manager for Trading Growth, you will lead the strategy for the Base App, focusing on user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• •You will operate horizontally across core product areas to build the engine that brings millions of users onchain.
• •Key Responsibilities Lead strategy and execution for acquisition and retention loops, including referral programs and gamification.
• •Optimize end-to-end trading experiences for spot and derivative trading in the onchain ecosystem.
• •Drive a data-driven culture by running A/B tests on onboarding funnels and notification delivery.
• •Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Data Science to balance new primitives with growth optimizations.
• •Requirements 7+ years of Product Management experience in consumer-facing fintech or onchain trading.
• •Proven track record of scaling products via lifecycle marketing and referral loops.
• •Deep understanding of market structure, order types, and liquidity.
• •Experience with data-driven experimentation and A/B testing at scale.
