• •As a Venture Development Intern, you will take ownership of your own projects, drive them independently, and contribute to optimizing processes and customer retention.
• •Key Responsibilities Take ownership of and independently drive your own projects.
• •Analyze data and processes, identify optimization potential, and implement improvements.
• •Support the expansion of our retention area and develop measures to retain and win back customers long-term.
• •Lead daily meetings, coordinate open topics, and ensure efficient project progress.
• •Collaborate closely with various teams and contribute your own ideas to continuously develop our processes.
• •Requirements Studying Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable degree, or have successfully completed your studies.
• •Analytical mindset and enjoy working data-driven.
• •Enjoy taking responsibility and proactively tackle topics independently.
